This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement” or “Terms of Use”) is made by and between Hyperbaric Wellness Center, a Michigan corporation with offices at 5925 28th St SE, Suite D, Grand Rapids, MI 49546 (“HWC”) and you (“you,” “your,” or “User”). This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of this website.
By accessing or attempting to interact with any part of this website or other HWC software, services, websites, or any of mhw licensees’ services (collectively “services”), you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you disagree to be bound by this agreement, do not access or use any part of this website.
HWC reserves the right, with or without notice to you, from time to time, to make changes to this agreement at HWC’s sole discretion. Continued use of any part of this website constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
